NHI is licensed to perform inspections in both Oregonand Washington. Our Oregon CCB# is 172294, and we are Oregon Certified Home Inspector (OCHI) 1173.
In Washington we are Licensed Home Inspector 415, and we are licensed Structural Pest Inspectors with the Washington State Department of Agriculture.

Insured and Bonded
NHI carries a $500,000 Errors and Omissions Insurance policy, General Liability Insurance, and a Bond.
Errors and Omissions Insurance is an industry standard, yet you might be surprised to realize that Oregon only requires liability insurance and a bond. This is not the coverage that you are looking for and need when purchasing a home.
Washington laws are even looser: they have zero insurance/bond requirements!
