• Over 50 Hours of Continuing Education Per Year: The licenses and professional memberships and certificates which we maintain requires that we have continuing education credits to renew our memberships, etc.  Oregon and Washington only require 24-30 hours for every two years.  We double that every year.  This means that your home inspector is on the top of the field, vastly beyond the Standards of both Oregon and Washington (combined).
